Delicious udon shop! Marugame is a chain udon restaurant located throughout Japan. They make their udon in the shop so you'll have fresh handmade udon. Ordering is simple. You choose your type of udon (check menu) and state whether you want middle or lager size for udon portion. Then you'll proceed to choose your tempura at the tempura assembly. They're freshly made which mean the tempura is not soggy at all. Paid and enjoy your meal. Water, green onion, and tempura shave are self serve. This place was crowded with local. Be warn, they speak very limited English. Picture and pointing goes a long way here.
